EMHC Futurity has been extended to Year 3.
Year three being the performance year. The 3yo option will be an extension of the yearling, 2yo halter program. |

| The classes offered to the futurity performance horse will be Hunter and Driving. You may enter either or both classes. |
| ELIGIBILITY: |
| The owner of any miniature mare registered with the AMHR and is a current member in good standing of the Evergreen Miniature Horse Club, may participate in the futurity by complying with all these rules, requirements and has provided the proper fee to the Futurity Administrator. |

To be eligible for Futurity honors and prize money, entrants must be current in their futurity nominations or sustainment. In the event that a foal is sold before the Futurity class is held, Futurity eligibility may be transferred to the new owner provided the owner complies with the owner eligibility set forth in these rules. The seller should provide the Futurity information to the new owner and contact the Futurity Administrator so the records can be updated and must be done prior to the entry of the horse at the Futurity show. The new owner must pay any remaining sustaining fees when they come due to keep the horse eligible. They will need to also provide a copy of the AMHR papers noting the ownership transfer at the time of fee payment.
At the time of showing, horses are to be shown under the current AMHR show rules.

| ENTRY FORMS AND FEE PAYMENTS: |
Futurity forms may be obtained on the EMHC website or from the Futurity Administrator. Mail completed forms and correct fees payable to EMHC directly to the Futurity Administrator.

| CLOSING DATE: |
| The closing date is the "Due by" date in accordance with the posted fee schedule respectively. If completed forms and correct fees are not postmarked by the "Due by" date that horse is no longer eligible for the futurity and the owner forfeits any fees previously paid to that date. |
FEE DISBUSEMENTS AND PAYOUTS:
The Futurity Administrator will maintain records for the Futurity and the Club Treasurer shall hold the funds. |

The Payment Receipts and/or Futurity Certificate is your proof of eligibility for the horse listed and your receipt for payment of fees.
It will be the owners responsibility to make the correct payments on time in order to join and sustain a horse in Evergreen Miniature Horse Club Futurity Program. |

In addition to the fees shown in the payment schedule above $25 of the class entry fee will go toward the Futurity payout. The Club shall retain 10% of the fees for expenses and administration costs. |
